Hidden Truth
I've stumble upon these 10 little bite size story that have hidden meaning behind it. Read on and let me know which inspire you the most . My personal favorite is #5 .
1.Mouse
A mice fell into the half-full rice tank,it was a joy beyond comprehend for the little mice. After around of careful investigation and make sure there was no threat lying around , heaven's life begin. Little mice live a life without worry,as expected the little mice eat , sleep , repeat . Aww.. So nice!!!
However, good day doesn't last.. After few days,the rice tank is about to bottomed out, it did not escape from the tank due to the food temptation. And so, rice finished, our little mice finally wake up at the bottom of the tank. it was a mission impossible for it to escape, so the mice starves to death.
– We live our daily life in our own comfort zone sometimes we tend to forget that danger is everywhere. Do not settle when times are good, you wouldn't know when things gonna get worst. In short , have a sense of danger detection. Prevention is always better than cure.
2. Doctor
There's a doctor, while performing a cancer surgery he found out that cutting the tumor will threathen his patient's life , he then ended the surgery and sew back the wound. He tried his very best to explain the situation to the patient, that poor patient that born in a farm could not understand a single thing doctor had share ,he insist that once surgery ended he's cured. Sick no more can go home!
Well doctor had to let him discharged since he's unable to convince him that he's not heal yet. A year later that patient come back for his annual checkup. Doctor's can't believe it, the tumor has gone, cancer no more! After this incident that medical doctor start studying psychology and later on become a psychologist.
– Sometimes, an optimistic attitude is the best surgery.
3. Carpenter
There is an old carpenter retiring soon. His boss could not bear it and get him to build a house before he go.Although old carpenter promised, but his heart is no longer at work. The material used is of poor quality, poor workmanship. When the house was built. The boss surprise him by saying that this is his retirement gift he built for him self. Old carpenter did not expect that he was actually built his own house, he felt enormous shame and great regret for what he had done.
– Do Your Best! Everything we do in life is doing for our own sake! Give your best shot!
4. Shoe
A train traveling with great speed, an old man accidentally dropped a shoe out from the window, people around him feel sorry for for him because the shoe was newly bought, the old man then immediately throw the second shoe out of the window.This move greatly surprise the crowd. And so the old man explained: “No matter how expensive is the shoe,it had no use for me anymore, and if anyone can pick it up as a pair, he might be able to use it ! “
– If it's an irreparable pain, why don't you let it go and move on?
5. Fishing
First day, rabbit go fishing, caught none.
The next day, rabbit go again, 0 caught.
On the third day, a huge fish jump out from the river
Shouting: “If you still use carrot as bait, I would freaking drown you in the river god damn it!!!”
– If all you give is what you “want” to give, rather than what others truly need, frankly speaking there's no value to others, learn to understand what others need and give it to them, from there you add value to people's life =)
6. Cooking
wife was cooking in the kitchen,her husband has been nagging at her since she started cooking he says: “slower … be careful … the fire too fierce … quick… flip the fish over … fast … too much oil … the tofu is done! “
“Enouuuughhhhhhh,” the wife blurted out, “I know how to cook you idiot stop nagging.”
“Of course you know my dear,” the husband calmly replied: “I just want you to feel how i feel, when you keep nagging beside me whenever I drive. “
– Learn to be considerate of others is not difficult, as long as you are willing to put yourself in his or her shoe and see the problem in their point of view.
7.Match Making
Many years back, he sat in the coffee shop waiting for a friend, a girl came over and asked: “Are you the one whom I supposed to meet thru match making agency?”
He stand up and looked at her, it was his favorite type.
He thought why not just go ahead and pretend to be the one? And so he said: “Yes I am, come let's have a sit……”
At wedding day, he confessed that he is lying, he's not the one she suppose to meet thru match making agency . Wife laughed and said: “Neither do I , I'm just finding an excuse to strike up a conversation with you ……”
– When opportunity comes, do not hesitate, grab it! seize it! It's yours!
8. Tiger
There is two tigers, one in a cage, one in the wild
They both consider themselves in a bad environment, envy each other. They decided to exchange environment, They were very happy at the beginning.
But soon, both tigers have died: one died of hunger. Another one died of melancholy.
– Sometimes people turn a blind eye on their happiness, always eye on to the happiness of others. In fact, what you have is exactly what cause the envy of others.
9. Girl
A class start a vote for the best looking girl in the class, an average looking girl Sammy said: “If I am elected, our sisters here can proudly say to their respective spouse that, when I was in college, I look way more prettier than the best looking girl in the class !”
As a result, she was unanimously elected!
– Persuade others to support you, do not necessarily have to prove that you're better than them, but to let others feel that because of you, they become better and more rewarding.
10.Dinner
At a dinner party,there's a lady sitting with Mark.
Out of courtesy he say it out loud: “Wow,You are so beautiful!”
The lady did not appreciate, and proudly she say: “Unfortunately, I can not praise the same to you!” Mark reply euphemistically: “It does not matter. You may act like me, tell a lie and it would be just fine.”
The woman hung her head in shame.
– When you throw stones at others , often times you stumble yourself.
